The IFT process acknowledges the power of yoga, so we are now offering an Intention Focused Yoga™ series.  We have designed an intensive series of yoga classes, which weave the IFT process into every posture.  The essence of IFT yoga is a union of body, breath, mind, heart-centered consciousness, and soul.

Intention Focused Therapy™ Energy Healing is a self-facilitated,
step-by-step process which empowers us to restore balance to our body, our mind, and our spirit.  As a result, we are able to create more powerful and positive life experiences.  Essentially, IFT facilitates the release of blocked energy in our muscles, joints, and organs.  Energy blockages can
occur for many different reasons, but are most often tied to past
emotional trauma.  This trauma often leads to the formation of negative core beliefs, which are those fundamental beliefs we hold about ourselves, and the world around us.  These negative or limiting core beliefs manifest in the body as congested energies, which ultimately cause pain, stiffness, and disease.  Intention Focused Therapy™ Energy Healing combines the innate wisdom of the body with Heart Centered Consciousness to gently and effectively allow the body to heal itself, by getting to the root of our core beliefs, transforming them, and releasing congested energy.       

Intention Focused Yoga™ is a profound blend of the benefits of Yoga and IFT energy healing.  Combining the best of spirituality and psychology, Intention Focused Yoga™ offers a straightforward method for transforming limiting beliefs at their core.  Awareness of our body sensations is the first step of identifying where we are holding negativity.  Performing the IFT process, while holding various poses, allows the body to instantaneously release congested energy through the transformation of limiting core beliefs.  This unique but powerful approach is an opportunity to integrate all aspects of self to reach a more enlightened and fulfilling level of existence.

The cost is $1000 per person for the workshop and $420.00 for meals and accommodations(4 nights & 3 meals, starting supper Sat and going lunch Wed), double occupancy. It is an additional $250 if you require a single room.
